When I see a woman blatantly flirting with a guy, like literally throwing herself at him... I often wonder if dude even notices?

Side note: I am not talking about myself nor personal experiences. Since, well, I don't know how to flirt. My version of "flirting", if you can call it that, is a mixture of awkwardness with a smile... with a side of awkwardness, with some awkward sauce on top.
